Washington is difficult to recruit highly at, but, he had big success due to 5th and 6th year seniors. His recruiting at the level the Bama fans and boosters are used to is most likely not going to happen, not sure. Can they handle that? Fans and boosters patience will be key, and then his ability to recruit a top 5 class annually will be pertinent for that job.

I also take comfort knowing no Washington coach has left there and had success. Saban asked for, but didn't get. NIL money. But I'm sure this bozo will get it

One thing I'll be interested to see is if Washington hires his OC as head coach, and what effect that has on his offense if so, since they've been working together forever.
