Good kid who you would be proud to have as a son. Personally not sold on him being that good of a QB, but Hugh and Montgomery made him their top priority so what do I know?

Not really what I wanted to hear right now.

Last night was an advertisement to all transfers and 4/5 stars recruits that the offensive side of the ball is up for grabs! Bucky can make hay with this glaring need. Corch, I’ve busted a blood vessel on the top of my hand before catching a helmet/facemask during a hit. Looked like a mouse under the skin. Otherwise no real injuries other than a fractured rib or two when running the ball.

Cam Coleman saw our game and realized he made the right choice.
This school is allergic to passing the ball

Tore my ACL and paper tear in my meniscus playing pick up basketball before the spring of my Junior year. Quack MRI's said it was a sprain. Eventually I was able to walk and then run, but during 7 on 7 in the summer my knee kept locking up due to the tear in my meniscus and cartledge damage. I was sent to Andrew's and told I'd have to have surgery. I played my fianl year and had surgery in December. I did well so long as I was running downhill lol. I've got a cadavers ACL today because mine had been torn so long it deteriorated. Not too much trouble from it today, except sometimes in the winter.

...by going to aTm who's also in a shitty offensive situation as well?

aTm also looked bad, but Auburn is on a whole different level. It was terrible.

They threw 53 times for 330+ yards. They are bad but we make bad look excellent.

Some of yall fricking suck man… truly.

They dont make 'em like they used to.

Just let them be pessemist to the point of insanity. Side note- this is no longer JUST about winning on the field. If you pay the kid, he will play for you nowadays. The cash that we're paying these kids will keep them committed and interested even when we look bad. Last night sucked, but we were like a few fumbles, and bone headed substitutions from getting it together. Let's see how the next two weeks play out before he punch the panic button guys.

If anything, last night will help in recruiting. These kids see they have the opportunity for early playing time.

so explain how we have the class we have now? Explain how we flipped a kid from bama and UGA? We just got a top OL out of Cali..
It certainly isn't because of all the success we have had the last 5 years.

They all have to sign first. NIL $ helped. Looking like lost jerkoffs against Cal won't help in any way. These kids want to get paid, and be prepared for the next level. Last night wouldn't give me any confidence the 2nd part would happen. I know we aren't 3 deep, but us not having a 3rd string group was why we couldn't do shite to pass the ball? Was that why we kept putting Ashford in to run plays everyone watching saw coming?
Ever hear a kid commit and say it was because the team looked like asshats in a game against what should be an inferior opponent?

everybody has NIL $. A number of recruits have said they chose Auburn, among other reasons, because of the chance for early playing time.

Looks like we spent $37 million in buyout money to get back to the same place we were a year before Gus got canned

True. We should be going 23-0 with the roster we have. We are just cursed.

Didn’t Saban go 6-6 and lose to ULM?
Managed to recruit pretty well. Recruiters can recruit. Pretty easy to spin a close road win to a P5 school in your first year.
I’m not sold on Freeze being any better or as good as Gus either. But I also wouldn’t melt over that last game. Just wait and see how the season/recruiting class pans out in the end.
