They’re doing a good job. They’ve lost a number of guys too. Just part of the deal in this landscape nowadays but gotta give Norvell credit

Was this on one of their podcasts? Last I saw him post was he was hearing it was Auburn or Michigan still at the top still but acknowledging the FSU buzz.
The lack of noise has my hopes low on Patterson.

Our staff knows what these kids are telling them. They have no idea what the kids are telling other program. I would bet most schools miss out on at least one kid they are positive they are getting.

Just so we are clear on your takes - you realize our transfer portal class (and recruiting class) was ranked higher than FSU, last year. Currently, FSU is ranked ahead of us and is 5th nationally, but our classes are almost identical except they have one additional 5*, two more 3*, and two 2*.
Yet, we are poors and FSU NIL is gangbusters?

I mean, its a 50/50 percent chance if you get them or not. Its not like some keyboard dude needs to know a lot to be right.
With the amount of pressure the coaches put on these recruits, there is no wonder what they will tell the coaches just to get them off their backs

Shockingly, we got the guys he felt bad about. Joe Phillips, Perry, and Reddick. They conceded Joe like a week before he committed to us. Trust dude, we'll get some, and lose some, but this class will be top 8-10.

Look back through this thread. Stidham8 says our NIL is lacking because of Bolden, Franklin & Flory going elsewhere. But now saying FSUs NIL is on point. I’m just pointing to the results of the respective NILs/recruiting

If you add Deandre Carter and Bradley Shaw that gets us to 261.93 points on 247. Those are the two highest rated guys left on the board. We won’t climb a whole lot higher than that. That currently would be good for finishing 11th on 247 if no other teams added recruits, but they will.
A top 10 class looks like a stretch at the moment.

So other teams will move up if they add recruits but Auburn won’t

Adding three stars doesn’t give you many points. After Carter and Shaw we’re not in on many big names.
I’ll gladly accept a bet that we won’t land a top 10 class on 247.
