That was like the mid 80s and early 90s when things started to change. Auburn was actually ahead of the curve and had a black QB when I came in 89, Reggie Slack! Just one more reason to love this place.

2025 LB committed to uga all but says he’s going to flip to Auburn in August… actually he basically said he’s flipping in August

Sounds like 2025 UGA commit Jaden Perlott (sp?) might flip to Auburn in August.
Believe Deandre Carter will be committing soon as well.

Man if we could create a pipeline to Buford, that would be amazing! The son of one of my HS classmates graduated from there a year ago and played safety. He wasn't a big time recruit but had a few SEC offers. Ended up at K-State and was starting by the end of last year. Those kids are just talented and well coached.

Freeze put everyone, including us, on notice this week that he isn't fricking around with recruiting. Imagine what it could look like in a year. Nobody saw Auburn having a week like this week 12 months ago
