Not really for LBs. Maybe for DBs and they aren't transitioning well either. They aren't much of a factory. Their best LB the past 5 years had to retire because he couldn't keeps his shite together.

It doesn't matter what you do in the pros. It's the fact that you're getting drafted in the top 2-3 rounds as an Alabama LB. McClain, Upshaw, Hightower, soon to be Moseley. That's four LBs since 2010 that have been drafted that high out of Alabama.

Saban produces DBs and LBs like clockwork. I couldn't ever imagine going to Alabama, but I'd be lying if I didn't find that kind of sales pitch a little bit appealing.

Who's the last LB we produced as a high draft pick? Karlos Dansby? It's been a looong time.

I find it really odd that you grow up in Auburn, your dad went to school there and you go elsewhere

I don't. I didn't go where my dad went. I wanted to be my own man, make my own path. Seems to me he wanted to do the same.

Because he is FROM Auburn. Reuben was not from Auburn. If you are / were from Auburn you would understand. Try explaining the AU vs. UA rivalry to a Yankee. Good luck. Same thing. I would have loved for RE to be a Tiger, but I can not blame him for wanting to get out (UCLA would have been better than bama). Chips fall where they will. Gus drives this bus - 2014 SHIP! Welcome everyone who WANTS to be on the plains! AUsome class. CELEBRATE!

Yeldon has been very good for Bama and recruited hard the whole process. CyKo is still a first round draft grade and Bama recruited him hard the whole process. Foster was a former Bama commit before switching to AU. Liner was recruited hard the whole process by Bama

Don't see how they could be trying to keep kids from AU when they had a jump on all of them before Auburn except Liner pretty much

UCLA would have made more sense. I wouldn't have questioned that decision at all.

I agree with this and actually felt Rashaan wouldn't go to Auburn early on. I got sucked in with some of the hype and felt he would come.

Evans only seems big because it was on national signing day. If Tre and Evans both waited until today and we got Tre Williams and missed on Evans everybody would be satisfied. When a player's dad talks about each coaching staff stepping up their game, and he is talking about dancing at a birthday party, you can count me out anyway. It makes one embarrassed to like this sport.. Half of bama's LB's will be on the bench anyway, they cant play them all.

What's a normal delay between a TV announcement and the team being able to put them on their big board? It's been 30 minutes so maybe their machine is jammed

Evans is one player on an 85 man roster... he'll likely have little to no bearing on next season, just like Foster.

he'll probably be great down the road... we'll see. this class on defense is still sick, and could get better in a couple hours.

wish he'd come to auburn... but 34-28 will help me sleep better tonight...
