Heard some players were miffed at the depth chart and the playing rotations. Outside of about 6-8 players total, everyone had to earn it regardless of what you did previously. And what you did in the weight room and following your plan had an impact as well.

The kid has had trouble playing QB, but you can't knock his work ethic / progress on the weight room side of things.
Fully expect him to show up come August looking like a mix of Sam Ehlinger and Tebow.
He has been tremendously durable / reliable, too.
