When you taxi off the runway you can see the stadium across the interstate you could almost walk from one to the other

Of we aren't excited about it...I can only imagine the team. Hopefully, we will get up for this.

Ugh. I just hope Brown and Davidson don't make a bizness decision and give us one last game. Fleck will have his guys ready to play.

I am not sure why? It is a chance for a 10 win season. We had no shot at the playoffs. It is a good bowl game. This is a big game in the grand scheme of things.

Crap. I would’ve preferred Gator or Citrus. Would’ve been an easy drive to either. Tampa is 3-3 1/2 hours away. And Minnesota...yuck

Think I'll pass on this one. Last Outback bowl I went to we lost to Wisconsin (I think). They had Melvin Gordon I think, and he ran all over us.

Not sure why we aren't excited we have like 20 ten win seasons in our history and Minnesota looks like a well coached team this season.

If Brown, Dinson and Davidson play all ya'll need to sack up.

Would love to see them come out one more time in the AU jerseys. But am not sure they should.

My first ever bowl game was the Outback vs Northwestern. We left Disney and met my brother for the game. Talk about miserable. Cold rain all day. Terrible, uninspired performance by our defense. The NW QB was unbelievable that day.

I was there as well. My sons first bowl game. We got wet and stayed cold the entire day. Then it took us forever to get back to downtown after the game. Long story.

We went in the room and all three of us just crashed out. Didnt see any other games till 9:00 when we woke up.

Im looking forward to that. We may make the trip then hit the bridge and go over to Anna Maria...... Stay a day or two.

For those that have been how is Tampa for a bowl venue...also doesn't look like it is that far from Stadium to Airport I'd need to be back that night for a Jan. 2 meeting any problem getting away from stadium and Uber to airport?

Shouldn't be a problem. However, traffic will be a little heavy after the game.

Plenty of places to stay in Tampa. We went to the stadium in a van the hotel chartered. It worked out nicely

I lived in Clearwater for a few months back in 2011/2012... Tampa is pretty sweet this time of year.

We will be down to 11 after the bowl with Cal and UCLA on future schedules.

List of Power 5 Auburn has not played.

Notre Dame
