I would be very happy with this hire! What he did with Baylor was impressive. Some coaches just aren’t built for the NFL

Let's face it, every HC we are considering will be a crapshoot.
I'd just as soon go with the one who has shown some actual success at the P5 level in the last 5 years, hasn't been known to DM sexual harassment victims in the middle of the night, and has a zero buyout.

This situation almost feels like shopping for a new TV several weeks before Prime Day. You see a shiny new TV right there on the shelf in front of you, but you know it may not be the best deal and/or the best TV available in two weeks - but you still want it right now because it's damn better than anything else you've got (and still could be the best option long-term)...
