Can we please stop with the Perry Thompson stuff. When he's good enough to get on the field he will. He's not a Top 5 WR on the team.

Word on the street is the starting WRs are Coleman, Singleton, and Perry. Soooo…

We’ve had 2 days of camp. The first day Simmons was with the walkons.

So Perry Thompson appears to be getting the JVille curse. God Bless Perry. He can overcome this omen.

Heard some good intel on Perry Thompson. Seems he finally has the system down for the most part. The summer work really helped him on the mental side

Seems if you were gonna quote me as well you’d take the latest update about Perry from me. Oh well

More like the reverse crotch curse. When you talk crap about a player, you can bet the farm they’ll be good.

I've got bad news for you. Maybe, internet message boards are a little too much for you.

If some online ribbing, because you've attached yourself so firmly to a position that in retrospect is retarded, gets you into such a state where you pull a Corch and go all internet tough guy on folks, maybe find a hobby.

You might be taking stuff a little too seriously.

We all know you are absolutely seeking vindication, if Simmons gets in trouble again. It's just human nature.

Name 1?

Plus there have been very few players I have been “down” on at Auburn. I just put out my opinion whether it’s easy to swallow or not. Shocking the backup QB is rarely better than the starter. But you’re welcome to name 1 player I “talked crap about” that was or became good.

Cut your bullshite. I'm fine with jokes. You said I wanted a woman to get beat. Either take the address down and show up or shut up.

Malcom Simmons legal team requested youthful offender so files will be sealed if approved.

I guess we will never know if he is a POS or not

Newest update (just saw on X)...
Simmons's attorney has applied for youthful offender status (in Alabama this can apply to anyone 20 and under). If granted it moves away from trial by jury to a bench trial and all records, testimony, etc. is sealed and becomes confidential.

If the judge doesn't grant it, things proceed as normal.

If the alleged victim isn't appearing as has been stated previously, would seem like the judge would grant this?

Therr is a gray area but obviously cleared doesnt mean not guilty.

For sure. Sealing it also makes sure the other witnesses, alleged victim, and potentially whoever else may or may not have actually been involved aren't run in front of the public, as well as what may or may not have actually happened.

Wait...I thought he didn't do anything and that she dropped the charges?

Why would we need the case sealed up?

Methinks we are overlooking a domestic violence incident for his performance on the football field.

DV is very complex. Even if the “victim” doesn’t want to press charges. Evidence collected could still be used against the accused. If the court thinks the accused is legitimate threat to the victim or to society then the judge can punish him according to the evidence.

DV and SA are very difficult cases because if they dismiss and the accused goes on to do more harm it can look bad on the courts.
