Once again browsing their forums and it seems like they have some issues at OL. Even a possibility of 2 true freshmen starting. If that's the case I VERY excited to see Carl Lawson playing against them.

Our front 7 should be dominant in this game.

Monty Adams should be able to do what ever he wants in the middle.

Their hope is to keep it close, and to squeeze out a late W. I think we should be able to push them around in the second half.

I thought a True Frosh making his first start on the road at JH would be a gimme last year, but we managed to make him look great. I, as an Auburn fan, have learned to never count my chickens. I think we could win by 20 or lose in a squeaker...

A Petrino called offense will test the defense.

It shouldn't if there are 2 true freshman starting...

Petrino got mediocre OL play while he was at arkansas... sounds like that'll be the case at Louisville

Don't get me wrong I think Petrino can compensate for shoddy Oline play. But I think an OL that still hasn't settled on a starting line up won't have much of a chance to gel and work together as a unit which will lead to Lawson living in the backfield all game.

Sure Petrino can cal quick passes and a few other plays to try and negate this but EVENTUALLY he'll have to rely on the OL to protect the QB and that's when the OL will fail.

If the OL is shaky Id put my money on DCWM being aggressive. Could get fun. Im either gona have to find a reliable way to stream at work or upgrade my tv for DVR. grrrrr.

I don't. Duck charger for charging an extra $6/month for DVR.

I'm not paying $72/yr for my gf to load up my DVR with Bachelor on Paradise episodes

I remember this exact same topic when we started with Washington state. Right before they torched us for about 500 yards of offense. They supposedly had two walk-ons.

I will wait and see how we do before I fap.

Wazzou also had a once prominent coach that had fallen from grace. Coincidence?

Very true, but I think that might be a bit apples to oranges.

The team was in a slightly different situation that year coming off of 2012 with an entirely new staff. Minus Ford, we didn't have nearly the defensive talent (and hopefully coaching) that we have now, and the decent ones hadn't gelled at all yet; though you could make an argument that our current guys might not have yet since changing DCs.

Either way, I have no expectations for the game. I DO have a feeling that Muschamp will have the defense better prepared than Papaw Johnson did.

I do agree but basing the Louisville OL based on two freshmen is no more accurate than basing WASU's on one or two walk-ons. They could still torch us with those players.

The situation seems different but we will not know until we get on the field.
