I'd be shocked to see otherwise

there goes our LB depth, just what we need with a DL that's already getting pushed around like its 2012

Eligibility is preserved this season regardless so I’m not sure he’d have a reason to opt out at this point since he’s already playing

I keep forgetting about that

but also, like, at what point is it better for him to just start readying for the draft?

Hate it for him. A true warrior at LB.

Prepare for the NFL Draft, young man. Go make that money.

We are about due for a COVID outbreak.

Yea at this point just declare for the draft. He can get a ton of time in to prep for the combine and other pre-draft stuff. We aren't gonna be an elite team with this O-Line anyways so there's no need to try and rush back for a 6-4/7-3 team

Who thought we were doing better then 8-2/7-3 to begin with?

If he is healthy enough to play he should play. If not get healthy the same as any other season. He's not a 1st rounder anyway because of coverage skills. He's a 3rd/4th rounder but will be a solid LBer in the NFL.

He was playing in some serious pain Saturday night. I was surprised he kept coming back on the field.

247 just announced he's having surgery tomorrow to repair ligaments in his thumb. Timetable for return is uncertain.

It just keeps getting better....... Too bad Josh Marsh decided to sit out this year. He'd be playing now for sure.

I am just curious if anyone knows where he might be taken in the draft. I would be shocked if it were any higher than the 3rd or 4th round.

That will be really tough for us in the middle. It takes a big strong MLB to man that area and we don't have anyone that strong in the middle except for freshmen, I think.
