I'm looking at this guys resume and he hasn't been an innovator or a winner at any point in his career. He was a linebackers coach at Alabama (coattail rider) and he went 9-36 as head coach at Baylor. What in the frick!

If Lawson/Monty come back, watch our defense improve to around 45-50 nationally and we all praise Steele as a genius
