Just watched SEC inside on the SEC Tourney win

Really good. Love the camera angles and the coaching sounds really gives you a good feel for Hite the game went. With clips from the teams radio networks. It just reinforced how good certain radio play-by-play calls can be and just how bad Andy Burcham is. He is horrible.

Get over it, Dan. This is a message board, it’s part of it. 5 upvotes is telling me some actually agree.
I actually did quit listening to the radio & would gladly step in, would sure as hell give me a pay raise from teaching.

I don’t mind Andy on basketball think he does a good job. He complains a bit too much about officiating but so do I lol. At least he brings some energy to basketball. Football is dull and boring sounding with him. Rod and Jim could make a 3 yard run sound like a 25 yard gain.

Likewise. I have not listened to a game on the radio since the 1980s. Today, you can literally get the live tv broadcast on a phone you carry in your pocket. I cannot believe anyone still listens to the radio broadcast.
And I would also love to do it. And I am arrogant enough to think I'd do a pretty good job. I don't know if it would be a pay raise for me, but I know I would be having a lot more fun!

I really don't get the Andy Burcham hate from AU fans. Yes, he sucks at football, but we have been blessed with pretty good football radio broadcasters for a while before he took over.
Andy is fine at baseball and basketball.
