Says stop crying and win the damn game
No other coaches crying about playing in Spokane
Says Pearl is handsomely paid and shits the bed when it matters
Hasn’t done shite since 2019 in the tournament
Doesn’t give a damn about the SEC tourney (the committee surely doesn’t)
Has all the resources best fans big money and shits the bed.
Signs off with “grow or go”
I think Pearl is given a pass for bringing us out of the cellar but you could argue he’s hit his ceiling and maybe lost his ability to scout or elevate his guards.
Bama is headed to the sweet 16 for the second year in a row this year after losing their best 2 players last year.
If we’re bounced early next year do we start to look around?

I think he said what a lot of basketball fans are thinking. Maybe not the general Auburn fan but the true basketball fans see the cracks in the foundation

lol its the exact opposite of that. The true basketball fans are thrilled to be extremely relevant in the national basketball landscape every year. The casuals see a tourney loss and lose their minds.

Why is that? We could pay a lot of good D1 coaches not to mention mid major guys.

Wrong. The casuals see the Ws in the win column. The real fans see the turnovers, shitty guard play, bad shooting and fundamentals and understand this team was never going deep

Because Bruce Pearl is an elite basketball coach? We have 4 championships in 7 years, a final 4… spend most of the time ranked in the top 25, land a 5 star every year, have pretty good continuity, all of this despite the limitations of under armor and being the head basketball coach at Auburn?

Bruce has high passion and energy and brings it to the teams he coaches.
His teams will always lose like this sometimes since they'll always be highly affect by the emotion of the game, good and bad.

Auburn has way more resources for bball than it did before he came so I'm sure someone could do well, but he's still doing a good enough job I guess.

Scoper and Stidham really just top the lists due to the sheer volume of their stupid takes. 24's takes over the years are almost always terrible, but he doesn't post them as much so he flies under the radar.
