Well, considering Clemson wasn’t in his top 3...

At the time most thought Clemson was in the lead when this board was panicking. That Clemson has jumped AU for the lead on his recruiting. It will remain a roller coaster until he signs. He is looking for multiple promises and possibly more. Take that for however you want to take it

Only 2 people I know here prior is Jang and E. They have spoken with me personally and I have provided them information about myself. Both can vouch of the validity of my "inside information". If I say this is inside info it's inside info. However my connection to the football has been cut but working to get back in with another person but I know many people in the high school coaching circle and can get information from time to time. The more the coaches are around the players the more information I can provide.

Just like I said when everone was panicking about KoolAid I said at that time everyone I was still hearing was AU. I am still hearing AU, but Bama and LSU are working as hard as they can. I'm not sure Clemson is even running second anymore.

Correct. They’ve been out of the picture for a while.

Anyway, Chad Simmons at Rivals has predicted McKinstry to AU tonight

Also, top 2022 QB Quin Ewers committed to Texas. This was expected to happen unless Texas was absolutely rock bottom. Luckily their mediocracy is good enough for Ewers. He’ll be legit

Also, after scanning info available on Lassiter, it looks like him pushing back his commitment isn’t tied to a change of decision. Probably a logistical thing. People still think it’s down to AU and UGA with the decision probably being AU

This could be one of the better D hauls we have had in some time.

It could be. We’re 50/50 ish (better or worse) on some real studs. McKinstry, Williams, Mondon, and Brooks. Harvey seems very likely. Lassiter seems more likely than not.

Real boom or bust potential here but the “boom” scenario is what we dreamed of a year ago when we started looking ahead to this class

Great news.

Jboy seems to be hinting at a commitment...a really soon one.

Man that's some stellar recruiting.

Considering that the two of those who have experience and played at AU are first round draft picks, and the others are highly regarded, I’d say he’s done just fine.

We do with Seth, but to be honest, we’ve not consistently shown the willingness to throw downfield or had a QB that could.

Hopefully both Finally changing

I like how you intentionally try to make it look worse

JJ Evans 4 star rated a 93 #167 in the nation
Tennison 4 star rated 93 #170 in the nation
Seth Williams 4 star rated 93 #200 in the nation
Malcolm Johnson 4 star rated 92 #191 in the nation

You’re acting like these are scrubs

Did a good job if your goal is the #36 WR in the country. Let me know when he gets a top 10 position recruit.

When have we EVER gotten a top 10 WR, no matter who our HC or AC was recruiting WRs?

We need both blue chippers and those with unrealized potential. LSU’s group was so great because they had both. The receiver group is just now getting better.

Don’t forget about the quality when Sean White played...

No doubt we slacked a bit during that period on talent. I am just pointing out before our usual bunch of chicken littles start that we have had talented and highly ranked WRs in the past.

How high was Aromashdu?

Forget how talented 2004 was until you go back and look.

Devin Aromashdu

We have had great WR classes going back to Rivals early days. Auburn has always been a run first team, so we just won't pump out high statically ranked guys. Our posters go read what Bama/LSU posters say about us, and believe it. You can say LSU and Saban are just now catching up to Gus on putting QBs in the NFL, but people laugh at that even though it is true.
