War Eagle bitches. We riding in 4 days. 80 mile ride up and down the coast of sunny Florida today . The weather was amazing. Light winds and smooth seas. Saw everything from Tampa Bay to Siesta Key. Stopped a few places to relax, had some lunch at Marina Jacks in Sarasota and flew the colors all the way.

Hope you all had a great day at work. I will rejoin you on Friday. For now, Im on staycation...

I need to order a bunch of spinnerbaits and buzzbaits. Also, pick ur brain on the best way to store these things without them rusting.

Ran 5 miles tonight after a long layoff. Still got a sinus deal going on. Ran faster than I should have. Have an 8K this Sat. Fishing the river this weekend.

I think all Auburn fans are but there is a large group of intellectually and culturally inferior troglodytes for whom such is not the case.

Marina Jacks has been there forever. I remember wandering all the docks as a kid but now they are all blocked to non-owners.

The Marina is a lot bigger now too...

Sounds like a great run....

We had my brother in law and spouse with us today and my wife wanted to take them there. Me personally, the food is not that great. It is a cool place to eat but its just OK. I would much rather eat at Tide Tables, Star Fish or Swordfish. Those places have excellent food in my opinion.

We took them around Lido Key and Bird Key. Lots of huge houses/boats to look at. Id like to be in on some of that money. Some serious earners down there

Grew up on the Ocmulgee. My dad was in a huge deer camp down river from Jackson and we spent tons of time there. Cold arse river up that far. I have fished trot lines, limb hooks, etc and bathed in that river during extended camping trips more times than I remember

I don't recall ever eating there (Marina Jacks). Agree that Star Fish is dang good. Not familiar with the others...

Just either drove over to Marina Jacks from Bton or stopped by in our boat...
