Idk if this has been discussed, but it looks like the “new” AU has been scrapped

I think it was ditched just a few weeks after the announcement. No one liked it and they tried the well it’s more artistic or some bs like that but still the fans said nope no way.

It's actually not completely dead yet, and may get introduced back into the graphic standards at some point.

I should also say that the amount of money they paid to develop the logo included more work than just the logo.

Lastly, contrary to what you may have heard, the logo was not Steven Leath's idea.

This all comes from a reliable source I spoke to not too long ago.

I liked the new logo and an open to the change.

Not sure why, it seemed like the overwhelmingly majority of AU fans didn’t want it.

Well Brandon Marcello has one less then to melt about.

I didn't like the change either, FWIW.

You are right. Apparently they spent 30k on the design.

Anyone got a pic of the "new" logo. Seems I remember hearing about it and seeing there wasn't too much change to it. I can't find anything with a quick Google about it

Can anyone help me out so I can see if I need to be mad or not?
