We have the same argument every year with Barbee. He has some fluke players getting suspended and we still managed to play some close games and win important ones like the Iron Bowl game despite atrocious record.
Eventually you start realize this is a trend and not a random occurrence and got to take out the trash

Atewe isn't an SEC forward just like ADT isn't an SEC center. They just arent' talented. Allen Payne is 6'6'' and should never be stuck playing the 4. Jordon Granger is a stick figure and Benas Griciunas plays from the 3 point line. We have no big men.

I am pretty sure if our football team fielded a basketball team in the offseason, they could beat our Auburn basketball team.

Under Barbee, our team has played just well enough to lose. I am 100% certain he would have been gone after last season, if it wasn't for all of the buy-out money we payed to our football and baseball staff's.
He can't keep players. He has had plenty of time to build a competent team.....he hasn't yet. Every year players either transfer or get kicked off of the team. I thought he was an excellent hire. I was wrong. It is time to cut bait and give somebody else a chance to build our program.

Barbee has already been here a year too long. The guy can't coach and can't recruit.

Bad luck? Are you kidding? It would be bad luck if it had only been 1 recruiting class. Every recruiting class Barbee has had at Auburn has fallen apart after a year. That isn't bad luck, that's a pattern.
It's a pretty damn important part of being a coach to be able to evaluate players that fit your system, but also to find players that aren't thugs. Barbee can't do either.
