I’ve never seen a fisherman think they know what to expect for a first year coach with a depleted roster kind of like you. The loss sucks. Last weeks loss sucked.

is the truth hurting your feelings? Welcome to the new Auburn. Losing to High school teams and letting others score on 4th and goal from the 31.

It’s unclear if these are indeed facts.

As far as the new Auburn, meet the old Auburn. We are what we are.

Debatable. Last week is typically a game you can sleepwalk through and win based on the talent differential alone. As outsiders, we have no clue what transpired with game prep then or this week.

I know you’re melting, and I’m here for you.

This is the biggest rebuild Auburn has faced since Barfield for sure. Can’t be overstated

Completely agree. Was a good game we had every opportunity to win it but didn’t.

We have to get a lot better.

What rebuild? We had the game won. What kid of rebuild do you think will happen that will change that? What rebuild will change not having your team ready to play?

No matter how much talent we get, we are always going to be in close games. And a lot of those times, we are not going to have a lot more talent than the other team. That means, we need to know how to win close games. Are you saying that Hugh is going to learn how to win close game with a rebuild? Or are you saying that with our new 8th place in the SEC class, we are not going to be in any more close games for our coaching staff to lose for us?

Recruiting will not fix every issue. You of all people shoul know that. ASk Jimbo Fisher

I think we know that the game prep was not good enough to not lose by 3 touchdowns at home to a highschool program. Which has never happened. Then somehow tonight, that exact same team, with the same players, took the most talented program in the league down to a 4th and 31 and let them score.

I dont need to be in the meeting to know it was a utter and total failure

As for melting, I am and there is a good reason for it the past two weeks.

No he didn’t. He did it with defense and a one legged TJ Finley.

COMPLETE REBUILD

Some of us are tired of rebuilding. We’ve been rebuilding for damn near 20 years. We are in no better position today than the day Tubbs was run out of town. How many highly ranked recruits have signed with this program over the past 15 years who were gone within a couple years? I’ve made the argument before but Brandon Cox was the last starting AU qb to sign out of high school, and play out his eligibility. Do you not see the underlying issue with this program? Tonight’s ending was not a shock to anyone paying attention. This is what AU football has become and some of us are beyond exhausted with the constant excuse making.

Holy shite. Is that a verified fact? That’s absurd.

I get where you’re coming from, but we have had an undefeated season, a Heisman winner, and two SEC championships since Tubbs was rightfully fired. It obviously hasn’t been all sunshine and roses since then, but to pretend as though we haven’t had good teams during that time period is ludicrous.

It is correct. And its a huge reason why we are in a constant rebuild. We are always looking for a new Quarterback at the beginning of every season.

People are noticing the Jordan Hare voodoo at this point.

Listening to Milroe on the field talk about tonight's game he sounded like he was proud of home team atmosphere which that makes me think Bama players love our atmosphere. It will not surprise me if they think our atmosphere is better than theirs.

This atmosphere will will Freeze into wins as well. The atmosphere is conducive to a lot of crazy things, bad things and proud things.

His last year was 2007 or 2008. It’s 2024 in just over a month. That’s about 15 years since graduating and almost 20 since he signed.

Too soon fam. As long as fans care, the stadium is rocking. As long as the stadium is rocking we will see plenty of good and bad and we will always stay relevant.
