I’m sure culture change is part of it, but the biggest improvement, and will probably be a 2-3 game swing is not having a lazy arse HC.

Who not only didn’t want to attend offensive meetings, but also wanted to show up on Saturdays calling plays that weren’t even practiced the week before.

Competency from the HC alone will be a net gain.

The poor construction to me was more about the lack of bigs and rim protectors. Overton was a very good defender at TT. Defense is always going to struggle without bigs protecting the rim.

And we’re not really running anything back, I mean we have the core of the team and will be much bigger inside and probably about the same on the wings and possibly better from the outside if we get the Texas kid and the Euro kid.

Completely blowing a roster up year after only works if you’re spending 25-30 million and I doubt we will be doing that.

Closed yesterday, with exception of Miami and Indiana. I think that there will a five day window for those two teams after the game.
