Why in the frick is she allowed to scream at people and scare children? She absolutely ruins downtown.

I saw that she was arrested. I’ve never seen her before but I’ve heard about her.

She seems to be there everytime I’m in town for game weekends. Her screaming can be heard all over downtown. I read some posts about how business owners had tried to help her in the past but she doesn’t give a frick. The city needs to do something about it once and for all.

That’s a little extreme don’t you think? Keeping her from screaming would be a good start. She screams at people then arrest her for disorderly conduct. I’ve got no problem with her being downtown.

Just read this, popped on tik tok and her getting arrested was the first video that came up. That shite is wild

I bring her up in the IM thread every time I’m in Auburn to tell everyone how she’s doing.

As for why she’s allowed to scream that’s something you’ll have to query the first amendment about. She’s in a public area and her behavior, while annoying as shite, is generally considered constitutionally protected.
I imagine the arrest today was her finally crossing that line and going from practical harassment to legal harassment, maybe even threats.
She’s never not been nice to me personally but she was always toeing that like where it could immediately go bad, and she’s been getting nuttier and nuttier for years.

Many people have a misconception about freedom of speech. Yelling at people and intimidating them is not freedom of speech, its disturbing the peace and I doubt she has a permit to do in in a "public place".

Sounds like a psycho.
I see them get picked up all the time by the police.
Mental health gets to do their damn job then

She screams in what I believe is Chinese, and has a sign similar to the old campus crusaders telling people they are hell bound if memory serves me correct. I don’t have an issue with the message but the yelling directly in front of Toomers corner is disturbing the peace according to the letter of the law. AUPD has tiptoed around her to this point to avoid a confrontation / lawsuit

I saw an old elderly woman get picked up by the police couple weeks ago.
I was on a roof in historic downtown doing some work and I saw a barefooted woman walking through a Catholic church parking lot bent down, pointing at her feet while screaming at them. It appears she was taking a route routinely called homeless highway. She made it all the way to Wells Fargo just a yelling and occasionally bending down to give her a feet a good chewing before the cops finally picked her up.
I used to also work in college as a night security guard at the hospital. I have seen some crazy shite. One woman that I had to watch scared me to death she had all the demons in her. That woman drank her own piss and summoned Satan...and I still had to sit in that room the rest of the 12 hour shift.. I quit after that. You dont mess with crazies ever and you dont mess with strung out bums ever. There is no capable conversation worth a try. Give them a stiff cocktail shot and turn them into zombies.

Yea, we have a lot of homeless here. Any warm place near a beach does. They are somewhat of a issue here near the gulf/
Yesterday, we were heading to get the boat in the morning and one got him on his bike on a very busy road. Lots of police there. I assume he was killed. They were doing a lot of investigation. Bike was in one place all mangled up and his "wagon", they pull behind the bike, was down the road 50 yards and totally trashed with shite everywhere.
The first day we moved to Florida, I was driving to the store at night and there was a similar incident and they had two bodies covered up on the road. Both ended up being homeless who were trying to cross the road in the middle of the night and a car hit them both. They just walk where the frick they want. Until they dont

She’s avoided arrest so far explicitly because she kept it within the bounds of the law. Apparently she finally crossed the line yesterday.

Maybe she’ll change her behavior.

We may have the only homeless Asian woman in America. So we got that going for us…which is nice.
