If Herm Edwards were to get fired, and it's looking likely, Harsin could be a good fit out there. Might work out best for all parties.

I had the same thoughts and at this point wouldn’t be sad about it if that happened.

Someone has to stop the bleeding.

He is a west coast guy. Can sell the fact that he was ranked top 15 in the country before his QB went down, took Alabama to OT. Could have easily gone 8-4 to 10-2.

LOL... yeah this will be a test to see if TPTB learned their lesson with the "last guys" contract debacle.

Is Harsin's agent Jimmy Sexton? If not, we are probably safe.

That was one of the major selling points for Harsin for me - that Sexton wasn’t his agent.

We hate Jimmy Sexton, but is that a warning sign if it is a coach that he doesn't want to represent? This is not rhetorical, I really don't know. There could be great coaches out there that aren't represented by Sexton.

It’s not so much the great HCs he doesn’t represent, its the gawdawful ones he does that is my concern.

I guess the only upside to getting stuck with that outrageously one-sided deal for Gustav’s services in 2017 was that had we turned it down and Arky stolen him away, we would have almost certainly ended up with Chadwick.

You need to chill the hell out. People are talking. It happens on the internet. You are the one that is so triggered because it makes you uncomfortable. Get real.

I want Auburn to succeed, not look like a bunch of idiots. That's called being a fan. Not blindly backing a coach that is running us into the ground
