This is my biggest issue.
We're paying top 10 money for a top 25 coach.
He is our offensive coordinator and our offensive is the biggest problem and has been for some time.
Make him hire a real OC like Sark, Enos, etc or let him go.

Just think about how bad this team would be if the defense wasn't one of the best we've ever had. Gus should be judged on his offensive performances alone. After that shite last night he should of been fired this morning.

Gus now has managed 13, 20 and 14 points against the teams we need to beat. His D, that he has nothing to do with except he choose to give up total control of it has has given up 24, 23, and 21.
The other highly ranked team we played we managed 27 and gave up 21.

I've supported Gus to a point because he at least kept us in contention and was afraid unless we made a splash hire the program could slide even further , but really what does it matter he`s never going to win the big games needed to get in the playoffs anyway, time for a change.
