Just put up a big number in my weight loss. I've lost 40 lbs in less than 4 months!

Not bad! What have you been doing? New diet, exercise, forced starvation?

Part of your loss was my gain.......+12

Seriously, how did you do that without doing something drastic? Congrats anyway.

I wouldn’t call 2.5 lbs per week drastic for most people that need to lose weight. CDC suggests 1-2 lbs a week as a safe amount. I imagine that if E lost 40lbs at 2.5/wk then it was weight that needed to be shed.
Congrats E Keep up the good work. Don’t let the inevitable onslaught of internet nutritionists bring you down.

Congrats! Since February of 2019 I took on that same mindset. I’ve walked between 5-6 miles a day and run once maybe twice a week not trying to kill myself. I was at 275 and now I’m at 210. Like you I still enjoy the same food, but I definitely don’t eat near as much as I used to keep up the work!

I think that's best for your mental state too. It can be so frustrating to try all these quick fixes and suffer through them.
I found that moderation and exercise is the best one can do, and the most important...staying with it.
Congrats...

Hell Yeah !!!
... that should mean more years of War Eagle for the both of you.
I'm down about ten from just not eating lunches out everyday and without even trying.
