Two years ago I seem to remember that Golf Channel coverage started after the match had begun.

Yeah, I think today's broadcast starts at 5:00 Central.

Matches start at 4:25 cst. So if coverage starts at 5 it will pick up after a couple of holes. Weird way of doing it
