Keyshawn Hall from UCF is one to keep an eye on
Listed as a guard but I don't see it. You think he is a big 3 or stretch 4 in Bruce's system?
The training plan I did wasn't focused on having one really long run but more on having back to back days of longer runs. Back to back 10 mile days, back to back 12 mile days. I ran a marathon in December so I was coming off a pretty serious training block for that. I didn't do enough elevation training to prepare for 5500 but I completed it and that was ultimately the goal.
Completed my first ultra this weekend. Stump Jump 50k in Chattanooga. Course was a beast with 5500 ft elevation gain and very technical terrain. Moving was very difficult yesterday
Wrong Thread but Jay G just said Johni is playing saturday barring a setback
Not sure I would consider cramps a bum leg but he did have a good first half.
There was mention that Murray might be more of an end than Buck. I guess even Faulk will need a break at some point. Who knows maybe they will end up putting four lineman in on a third and long to go with four ends rushing the passer like most defenses :dunno:
Said they laid out a plan for them both to thrive and he bought in. So I would assume it's good news on the singleton front
Malcolm Simmons signed a new NIL deal to stay
I've heard great things about Peavine and have had a few buddies run it. Lord willing I'm out on the lake every 4th though
I grew up there too and ran it on Saturday. It's well done. The guy that won it was an insane time.

Arnoux flipped to FSU. Not sure if that was confirmed or not

What's with the giant hat?
Finished Death by 5K. The course was 3.5 so ended up clocking 35 miles instead of 31. Such is life when signing up for a trail race. I thought it was pretty well put together, food was kind of lacking but the people who put it on were nice. It was very cold at night but we had a pretty sizeable crew there that made it bearable making it through

Was very well put together outside of starting 15 mins late because the people who were supposed to talk before the race didn't get there on time. Had a lot of good support and most people I know set a pr because it's about as flat as you can get around here.
Oak Mtn Alabama. Not concerned with the miles. More concerned with what you said in running and then sitting for 2 hours at a time. Doing it with a few buddies so should be fun to hang out and watch some football.
Pr'd my half marathon time at a race by 7 mins on saturday. Now time for Death by 5k this weekend.
Right Arkansas plays TCU tonight. We should keep an eye on him
