No doubt another shitty season with zero offense didn’t help.

I don't want him to simply replace Auburns entire staff with USFs. Some coaches, sure.

That will be setting us up for Harsin 2.0

His GM came with him to USF from Tennessee, and the other guy he brought in was at Vanderbilt before he hired him at USF, so these guys aren't random G5 guys. They both have SEC experience.

To be honest, I'm not sure anyone really knows who is "good" and who is not in these off-field roles yet. Your performance is more or less dependent on which program you are at. Will Redmond came with a lot of hype because of his success at LSU, but that is one of the premier programs in the country with limitless resources so doing the job there is a hell of a lot different than for example being the GM at Purdue. Its entirely possible that a guy who is currently at a small program is a "better" GM than someone who just so happened to be in the right place at the right time and is now sitting at an SEC school.

It’s funny seeing our fans mad or happy about firing/hiring a gm or any off field role

Was also in the NFL, though not as a GM. I think he worked for the NFL itself in some capacity.

The concern with him bringing too many USF people is more that it reflects on his lack of ability to hire staff outside of USF. It also runs the risk of him getting surrounded by yes men, by accident or on purpose. Transplanting a staff from one team to another is difficult to make work since the things that made USF "work" wont nessisarily work at Auburn and the staff is going to be heavily biased on doing what they did at USF cause it worked.
