I attend my first Auburn game in December 1969. It was the Iron Bowl. Auburn won.

I was born in April 1970.

When babies go to game, do they wear ear protection? What are you allowed to bring in diaper bag? Does it have to be clear plastic?

Seems like a lot of work for the parents.

Do they charge full price for a ticket?

Florida 2001.

Outside of the WVU rain game, that's the most fun I've ever had inside JHS. I was still in HS and was my 1st time in the student section with some friends who were a couple years older. My buddy still has an end zone pylon he grabbed after rushing the field.

I dunno. When I was small and my parents started taking me to games, they did not have to buy a ticket for me. I sat in my mom or dad's lap. I would have to ask my mom but when I think it was when I was 5 years old they added a third season ticket to our package as I was getting to big to sit in their lap.

1990 FSU

At that time I was in the Navy, stationed at Norfolk Naval Base, living in Va Beach. My wife was 9 months pregnant.

I enjoyed watching this gave immensely. Post-game I couldn’t get to sleep and just stayed up watching game clips on ESPN and CNN Headline News. Finally put my head down at around 1:30 AM.

At 4:30 AM my wife is shaking me awake… she’s going into labor.

2 1/2 hours later my strong, healthy son entered the world.

23 years after that he graduated from Auburn.

I was offered $500 for my pair. I laughed in his face.

This is a very condensed version of 2019 Iron Bowl. Great video quality. WDE.

Sugar Bowl 50 - January 2, 1984

Auburn Tigers v. Michigan Wolverines

Bo Jackson v. Jim Harbaugh

I was there.

Great game and won us the NC (I only recognize the New York Times poll, all others are sketchy).

But you’d better like defense. Spoiler alert - the final score was 9-7.

Saw that one on TV. If I remember it right Meatchicken had a top rated run defense and Auburn a top rated running game. That 9-7 was a big win, but the sports writers wanted Miami to be Cinderella despite their second class schedule.

Hey, Auburn won the NYTimes Computer ranking with flying colors. That was before it was reduced to weak computerized gruel.

Watching the Auburn Florida game is interesting that year since Florida dominated Miami that year. "Miami had just played a terrible game, losing to hated in-state rival Florida 28-3. The Gators were the higher ranked team, and had the home-field advantage, but that was no excuse for the turnovers that piled one on top of the other." Highlights from that one are worth a watch.

So many games that I never got to see out there now. Used to get two or three games a year in a good year, so lots of "new" games to watch.

1994 LSU is one of my favorites of all time. LSU was not good at that point in time (Curly Hallman is a meme among LSU fans) but the corn dogs came into JHS that day and were putting the hammer down threatening to end AUs unbeaten streak.

Until the ultimate JHS voodoo happened. Not once but 3 times.

I was not at the game (a couple that post here were) but on TV the crowd noise almost rivaled '89 IB.

I was there and it was just surreal. Not in a kick-6 way, but just the weird tone of how the game played out.

Even had to close it out in standard Auburn fashion... INT to seal the game, but then fumble the ball right back, only to grab yet another INT.

Raises hand. (Seats at that time in the North EZ so every INT return was coming right at me.)
