Which is why I wish he would give us a hint like this now.
ETA - okay now that I think about it, why wouldn’t they have flown into Boise’a airport? Makers could have just been throwing ish against the wall but he was closer than anyone with this off the wall hire so I consider him as credible as anyone here.

I don’t recall makers pretending to be some big insider so I’m gonna give baw the benefit of the doubt here. Mainly because I need some kind of hope for the football program

With everyone probably getting fired at Wisconsin soon, I hope Cohen makes Jeff Grimes the highest paid position coach in the country and brings him home to coach the Oline.

frick hiring Fleck. If Cohen didn't learn from the Harsin debacle then he's a dumbass and deserves to have his career ruined.
In all seriousness Fleck would be the hire for me that ends it, I would never spend my money going to an Auburn game again. I will have lost all faith in Auburn, the football program, and what little hope I have left. I know I am not alone as a long term Auburn fan that has had ever fiber of my love of Auburn football pushed to the absolute breaking point here. This hire will determine whether I have any giving a shite left in me. Fleck would be it for me

Not sure where Flecks name came from but I do know that Brent Key has interviewed. What that means I don’t know. Don’t know if it was a phone call or zoom or in-person.
Also Dabo is shopping hard for a new home in SEC country. Could be UF LSU etc… don’t count Arkansas out they already have Cal plus Dabo is weird like that.

Dabo won't participate in NIL. LSU might be the spot for him, they appear to be out of money and won't be participating either

Actually it does. When you look at the context of what schools he's coaching. He's not curt cignetti but he's still a good coach in his own right.
