Pretty sure its just from Safety to Nickel. I think Zion Puckett has been balling out at Safety allowing Tennison to move back out to Nickel which is awesome in my opinion.
This D could end up being real, real special. Maybe the best defensive backfield in the league-type good. We will certainly need those guys to ball out early while the offense gets its footing.

I’m really excited about the defense as a whole. Starting to think Harris and Wooden on the DL will be exceptional too.

Going to practice Saturday with a former player - it may mean only a free sodexho hot dog but I’ll report what I can. (First time insider - giggity)

The players have named Owen Pappoe and Chandler Wooten as team captains. Somewhat surprised with Wooten since he opted out last year, but good for him.

2020 was Britt, Nix, Big Kat, and Shivers. I think it’s always interesting when a returning QB doesn’t end up a team captain, especially when they were previously team captain.
Not sure it means anything in terms of a QB battle or whatever. But still interesting. Sounds like they’ll have weekly captains too

Hopefully we get a much more polished Nix this year with at least a very capable backup!

Seems weird to me to not have a single offensive player as a captain. Even if its not QB.. why wouldn't Shivers be captain or Brahms since they keep talking him up all off season, or Tank? Just seems very weird.
