Hoke just posted a quote from Harsin saying he tested positive. Said they believe Mason and other players/staff also tested positive. Good news is this gets it out of the way and likely helps with our percentage.
See..Harsin had a plan this whole time...natural immunity for the team without having to be vaccinated.

Missed where he specifically said Mason was vaccinated. I know he said multiple staff were and have tested positive. Glad it’s happening now and not during the season.
Really hope this doesn’t derail the thread.

Quality of practice is now derailed. Might as well.

When did our passing game do the best? In those games where we would do the play action with the receiver doing a shallow cross behind the LOS and Nix could dump to him. Then fake that and rest of field was open. As long as he remember his emergency routes, he should always have someone he can quickly dump it to now.
How many times this past season did we see Mac Jones break the huddle, see a blitz coming, look down the line to DeVonta...and there is the exact play you mentioned, over and over again, Ohio State must still be having nightmares. Thats a receiver in sync, Jones looks at him as if to say "you see what Im seeing, forget the play we just called, run a slant behind the linebacker".

Having Akron and Alabama State the first two games are really big now. Imagine opening up with Penn State in 2 weeks.
May be a blessing in disguise. May be the start of a really bad season.
I'm pushing the button

I hope he's a genius on the field because away from it, so far, Harsin has been a jackass.
For all the big talk he does he sure is dropping the ball big time on this. Allen Greene is right there with him too.

Y’all talk about whatever. Just don’t be peckerheads to eachother. It’s frickin’ Friday, for Pete’s sake.

Nah I said my peace on the subject and I'm not bringing it up anymore. I promise I held back lol.
Just from the football side this is putting us behind in camp. Coaches not going to be at practice, players missing time.. trying to find the OL rotation while multiple players are out.

Harsin could’ve still got it while vaccinated. Not good optics though. He was “cavalier” about it after all.

Might be “good practice” like the rain delay last weekend. Continue the scrimmage like nothing ever happened. We might face that in a game this year so learning how to move forward is a good thing.

Not a lot of details coming out so far ... the gist of what I'm seeing is the WRs struggled with drops and Bo was so-so again. Manning's back on the starting OL. Sean Jackson continues to impress.

I’ve been totally out of the loop the past couple of days. So haven’t even looked for much info. Thanks for sharing

I can’t remember the last walk on that got this much publicity from the start. The walk on kicker turned WR?

Is it blasphemous to say Sean might be ahead of Hunter?

Hastings but he was here a couple years before the transition

My son is very good friends with Sean and sent a video of Sean making a 1 hand catch in practice. Was very difficult catch but wouldn’t call it a circus catch.
I tried telling y’all this kid is a special football player.

It’s just probably wrong. He has done well, and will be used situationally I’d suspect, but Hunter has been solidly third and pushing for 2nd until his absence.

I haven’t heard much of Hunter at all other then talking heads speculate about if Hunter would be RB1 if Tank went down because of Shivers size. Only video i have seen of Hunter is also non contact and passing drills which he drops almost every pass. Not poo-poohing on him because I’m a fan of Sean’s just honest what I’ve seen and heard

Our W-L record will depend on Bo’s play. A highly rated 2-yr starter should be able to play well and make plays. The Oline will be better but not very good. I don’t think Bo will improve. His play will be inconsistent. Personally I hope DD develops enough to get some playing time when Bo plays bad.
