ESPN top 100

So another year without a single person on this list. Think this is at least 2-3 in a row. Love what we have done recently recruiting but until we have multiple guys consistently year after year on these “lists” we will never be competing for championships. Coaching and scheme is only so much. You gotta have the jims and joes too

I didnt realize ESPN still did recruiting rankings. Holy shite!

I hope you weren’t expecting to win championships this year. I think the O/U is 7.5 
We’ve obviously endured a lot of bad to mediocre football lately. Patience should be thin in that regard, despite renewed optimism from recruiting
Freshman are the first full class from Freeze on campus. Should see what the returns are from that. I felt like they found some guys in the prior class that Freeze had a month or two on, so we’ll see how those guys develop. Would be nice to start seeing some of those guys make it to lists next year like the one you linked

I think he is talking about the top 100 player rankings for the season, not the espn recruiting rankings.
Which, if you thought their recruiting rankings are bad, then definitely don't look at that list.

Yea I’m talking about current roster players. And I know espn isn’t the end all be all but at the end of the day not having a single guy on your roster who even sniffs being in the top 100 isn’t good. And most of this falls on Harsin not freeze. Just wish we could have landed an impact transfer or two that would splash

Preseason shite doesn't matter.
I think Kaylin Lee, Keionte Scott, Eugene Asante, Kendrick Faulk, Jarquez Hunter, Rivaldo Fairweather & Cam Coleman can all be Top 100 players...
Luckily they have a chance to prove it on the field.

I just looked at the list and I think AU got disrespected a bit. They put players from Jacksonville State and Old Dominion on there, but couldn't find room for someone like Jarquez or Keldric.
And, of course, pretty much every player on Notre Lame's roster is listed.

You have to learn that around here, they dont count anything ESPN says about recruiting

You move around until you find a recruiting site that ranks you highest then you stick with that one. Until it changes

He sorta is. We dont have any players on the current team who are rated in the top 100
So either we didnt develp anyone or we didnt recruit the right players. Could be either. I elect the recruiting angle because it fits my narrative.
