The player with the most wins in Auburn Basketball history.

The epitome of team player. The epitome of student athlete.

The heart and soul of Auburn basketball.

Congrats young man. Huge accomplishment.

Cardwell is just great for Auburn and Auburn has been great for him. I agree he's the epitome of student-athlete in a time where the very concept is dying. I think he's earned some lasting recognition of some sort just by being the true leader and Auburn man he has been. I don't know if he'd warrant a statute, but I bet if they put one of him up it would be as popular as the others with the fans.

Not statue worthy but maybe some award for player accomplishments/achievement from the basketball program to a player who each year.

Something like the AU Dylan Cardwell award for the 6th man award. Or as much as he does for the community the scholarship player that does the most for the community in a season. Exclude walkons only because they have much more free time to do community work if it’s something of that nature.

That's kind of what I was thinking. It needs to be something that encompasses the whole of what he's done at Auburn, on and off the court.

Could he become sort of a Brother Chet Williams figure in the future?

I think he is serious about going into the ministry. It seems like a good fit.

That might be a great role for him. He probably needs to go to seminary for a couple years but hey he might have already done online course work for that.

I believe he will make an NBA roster. He has the potential to be like Draymond without the assholery and dirty play. You can't teach his size and athleticism. He has every tool except being able to put the ball in the basket or on the floor.

I could see him making a roster but his FT shooting at sub 40% is not good. His inability to finish with any one guarding him is a huge liability. He might actually make more money overseas. He could definitely give you 4-5 hard fouls a game and could defend the 3-5 in the NBA

based on what I have heard about him from my daughter (who is a current AU student) I would be surprised - he has a bit of a "reputation" among the students (some of the girls at least) on campus

I used to be close with a priest. (Not that close). We we talking about the celibacy vow… his response was “I will stop wanting sex about 30 minutes after I’m dead”

Everyone has their vices maybe that’s Dylan’s. He can grow and learn to deal with his sinful nature. Preachers Pastors Priest are all still sinners like each of us

The NBA would enhance his curb appeal. And his persona and presentation skills would developed. Love him but not seeing preacher yet.

Was thinking the same thing. He would be great at that and a real asset to the athletic department.

Two years ago, I was like “why is this fricking guy even wasting scholarship space on our roster”? This year is the first year that I truly feel that CM is a value part of our success. Don’t get me wrong - I have always liked the guy as a human.

I appreciate his role and understand his limitations but i thought he was better last year than he has been this year

Eta, Moore not Dylan

Something I noticed during warmups at the Purdue game - Chris Moore is a very big vibes guy. Hopping around and checking on everyone. Bruce probably loves him
