Don't Kelly and McGriff both work with DBs? Would that work as Co-DCs?

Didn't realize that. Jeff Brohm is headed to Louisville, so all new staff probably coming. Guess we will find out soon

Based on Hugh wanting a tactician we have to think he is after Arnett.
Also if you look at Arnett's defenses (I looked at the UA, AU and Ole Miss games on YouTube), he is very multiple. So he may be considered a "3-3-5 coach" but he puts a lot of different defenses and looks on the field. Tactician seems to fit.

Why would you hire Mcgriff as Co-DC if you are going after an established DC that will be pushing all the buttons? If Mcgriff was not hired as Co-DC, I would have a slight problem with him advertising that title. If somebody is already hired in principle, but just not announced I could see them signing off on Mcgriff.

I just wish we would hire the rest of the staff so we can be done with the damn salmon.
