FWIW Marcello says based on conversations he’s had he does not expect Coach Flo to be fired. Said she has support in the athletic department.

She has coached herself on the hotseat. Wouldn’t be upset either way, though. Hope she turns it around

Hasn’t that program been pretty bad since she has arrived?

Leath gave her an extension through 2022-2023. It may be a buyout issue. She had some success early, but has been piss poor the last few years.

Wife saw Flo on a plane and said something like "War eagle, y'all are doing great" (Wife had no idea if they were)

Flo was a little shook she was recognized and Flo's response: "Really? We suck"

Nope, that was Greene’s first move as AD.

I like Green better if I blame Leath, so it is Leaths fault

She probably should have been fired last year but if as bringing in a highly rated class. So I guess they see potential in that class. Haven’t watched a women’s game all year but no reason for AU women to be 13th out of 14 in conference. We have always at least been middle of the pack and a potential tournament team every year.

Even though Greene had just gotten here I’ve been told that it was actually Leath’s doing. Greene was “given credit for it.“

Yeah, Leath wouldn't get involved with Auburn athletics. Errybody knows that.

I wonder how women's boosters feel about FLo's program right now?

I read that their attendance has been declining over the last 3 years(surprised it's not longer).

I still want to know exactly why they feel they should keep her as coach?

The recruiting can't be the reason. As of now those great recruits are now sophomores and Flo in her last press conference pretty much said they are not what will work with her style of play she likes, so she is going back to that style it seems. Does that mean she can't use these recruits effectively?

I don't really like it..because I want all our programs to try to be the best....

I agree. At one time our women's program was a powerhouse. There is no reason it can't be like that again. I don't think Coach Flo has the ability to make that happen.

I remember once that "Great" Freshmen class arrived that a couple left before the season. I could be mistaken but I don't believe they all stayed. She needs to be gone.

All 4 are still here from that 12th ranked class. Benton, Howard, Kelly, Moore.

We made it 3 out of the last 4. But our team has been average at best.

15-16 season: 20–13 8–8 (T-7th) Loss 2nd round
16-17 season: 17–15 7–9 (T-8th) Loss 1st round
18-19 season: 22-10 9-7 (T-6th) Loss 1st round
