At least we don't have to be embarrassed. On the positive side, Alabama only beat South Carolina by 2 points. The prospects for the Iron Bowl are looking better. Even if we lose every other game, I would be satisfied with an Iron Bowl victory

It is a absolute race to the bottom for us and them. Great times boys. Been a fun few years. Just 10 years ago, we were in Pasadena. Just 6 years ago, we beat 2, #1 teams back to back and went to the SEC Championship.

When I saw all the other teams just balling out in close games yesterday, I was just hoping we turn the corner at some point and at least become a bit competitive and play some watchable Auburn football. Hope that is next year, but it could be 2026 or further down. We have a big hole to climb out of and it’s going to take some time and money.

That hole is getting bigger and bigger. The more we lose to programs with less talent, the less confident anyone gets of our coaching staff. Which is just a honest and normal thing
