Bo would look like he did in that 7 TD loss he had to UGA if he was here. Good for him though on dropping down and playing vs talent he is more adapt to. I am not focused on Bo or Gus or Chiz though. Hopefully they all can be happy where they are. They aren't elite at CFB though.

This shite Harsin offense you hate scored more vs UGA than your boy crush Bo did. That's gotta hurt.

No wonder your reality sucks.

Ashford completed like 33% of his passes then.

So you're saying if we had Bo instead of anyone else we trot out we would have beat UGA?

Give. Me. Deion. The more and more I see, he’s the only one who could get us on the same level of players as uga and bama. Please. Do the obvious thing and sign the man

Not going to happen bro. Maybe if we were winning 8 games a year and recruiting well we could take a chance on Deion but we’re far beyond that point. Roster is depleted current class is trash. We need a sure fire 8 win guy to get us back on track. Can’t afford to to gamble in our position we’re out of poker chips lol. Not sure who it will be but it will be a “safe” hire.

How does this sure fire guy do it without the players. Players is the answer. Prime is the way!

We need a sure fire recruiter more than a great X & O coach. Deion would be an instant recruiting home run. That’s why I want him

Jimbo signed the best class in the history of college football. Remind me, how is TAM doing?

All of you, Prime or bust guys are severely myopic.

I sit here watching the TN/KY game, and the thought comes to mind that a lot of you are blinded by the shiny thing, while the true value is something not so flashy. Heupel wasn't a "splash hire", like I'm being told we need. Yet, he's put together a team, and got his unheralded QB as the Heisman front runner.

Once again, I'll state it. Substance over style, all day, everyday.

We need both. Winning recruits and getting a proven coach will help pull in transfers to fill in til they can recruit a class (bc this one is going to be a big loss). If we get a recruiter they won't be much help til next cycle where as a coach can have the players here ready for next season. It won't be hard to make next season look like an improvement.

Prime might be a good coach at a big school but he hasn't proven it yet. We have no clue what to expect from him as a big time coach at any level of a big program. He hasn't even been a coordinator at a major program.

This isn’t college basketball. A TF class isn’t going to lead anybody to the promise land.

Seriously? Why do you really think that? He has almost zero experience coaching at the collegiate level. Never coached anywhere at the FBS level. He signed TWO highly recruited players, and you are ready to put him on the same level as Bama and UGA who put multiple players in the NFL every year?

Basically, all of y'all are just committed to wishful thinking, because that's all you have. There's nothing else that give me any amount of confidence that he'd be successful at this level. Just look at the opponents his team has played this year. Teams the SEC schedule for homecoming. Sure he's undefeated. Now look at the records of his opponents. How many teams have they played that are above .500?

Y'all seem to think his recruiting at JSU will translate to other places, but forget his pitch now to players is, "Make HBCU great". What's his pitch if he's at Auburn? He can't flash championships his coached teams have won. He can't show you the scores of players he's put in the NFL. He can't even push his experience as a coach, considering he was a HS OC just two years ago. I guess he could show them the AFLAC commercials, and point them to his twitter handle #CoachPrime.

Like it or not, this is big boy football with hundreds of millions of dollars for a budget, and billionaires as boosters. The jump from SWAC to the SEC is gargantuan, without Saban to your left, and Kirby to your right. You'd better have someone with a background in this arena, than some green, just starting out, guy who is about to learn what it's like to really swim with sharks.
