Coaches don't leave Auburn, I'm not saying it wouldn't happen, I'm just saying it hasn't. And whatever uga would bring, AU would match.
You are in denial if you think Kirby would turn down UGA HC to stay at Auburn. If you truly believe that then I cannot help you.

Kiff would have that huge fan turnout he's looking for at Auburn. I bet he would like coaching in the Iron bowl.

Exactly... I just don't know if we have the PTB to do it. We have the money and he's the obvious answer to a quick turnaround but our goobers will probably try to hire an "auburn man" like Lashlee or Grimes or Charles Kelly

Auburn is a bigger stage than OM and Kiffin seems to like the attention. I know I'm looking for reasons to believe but to me Auburn regardless of current situation is a step up in the eyes of someone like Kiffin. Idk if it's enough but im making him tell me no more than once if the decision was mine.

I agree, but I just don't see Auburn even asking. I'm preparing for the disappointment.

I like Lane as a coach but he is definitely not a sure thing. He’s very good at X’s and O’s On offense. Program builder I’m not sure.
Who has he really beaten while at Ole Miss. a bunch of no bodies this year. Last year he lost to AU and Bama. Beat a terrible LSU team. Beat an MSU team that we were up 28-3 on. Beat a aTm team that couldn’t score. The west is down last year and this year.
I say that to say I’m for a Lane hire but if not then whatever

I have been anti Freeze, but I would take him RN. I can't watch a Harsin team anymore. I honestly don't think they practice during the week.
