He should hand the ball off even more...
Those RPOs are really fooling defenses...

Brown is no Cam but he's the least of my worries

There’s so much wrong with this team and they play sloppy, all of them.
I’m looking at you coaches.

They play lazy with low effort on offense. The play calling is abysmal. No sense of urgency.

And I'm not sure anyone willing to playing behind this line should ever be a called coward. Lot of things but not scared.
Maybe he's too slow to run, or too slow to process, or suffering information overload, maybe it's not game plan, or not a bad OC .... but I'm not sensing scared or lack of manhood. If anything he might be a little too unafraid and need some urgency.
Because to me he just seems in over his head, at least at this level football, as compared to where he came from (excelled).

Not really fair to compare any player to Cam ever. He was truly a (multi)generational talent, the likes of which we're unlikely to see again.
There's a reason Brown was at USF. If he had SEC level talent, he would have already been in the SEC. All of that said, it sure doesn't look like he's been coached very well.

Isn't this his 3rd year playing under Golesh?

Yes and that’s concerning

DooDoo Brown doesn't have the chest for SEC football unfortunately. Any signs of pressure and he either bails immediately or tries for the first receiver he sees in our color jersey no matter how he's covered. I'm all for giving the next guy an opportunity to just manage the game

When every set is playing like crap that is absolutely a coaching issue. Offense, defense, punt return. When my 12 year old laughs and walks out of the room when you catch (not one but two) punts inside the 10…THAT is a coaching issue. My son said, “our coach would run the whole team if our punt returner did that.” And this is the first year the middle school is doing kick off, punting, and field goals.

This weekend Holden Grenier looked good for Pitt, Hank Brown looked pretty good for Iowa. Ashton Daniels had a great game for FSU. All former AU quarterbacks, all no longer behind the OL of AU. See a pattern here?

It's a lot more than the o line I think.

Someone else had the idea but if we set aside 12 million for the LOS on both sides and rolled with boobee whitlow caliber skill players how improved would our football team become
