Good riddance. The whole saga has been nothing but drama and an anchor on our program.
Nix quit on his team and school like Gatewood did. The Nix cultists -who put him before our program- won’t admit that. Meanwhile daddy Nix isn’t sending any recruits our way.
Nix’s should’ve been more selective and put Bo under a better system than dead-beat Gus. Hope you Nix fanboys are happy.

I use to build my weeks around Auburn football.
Gus broke me of that.
If guys want to leave, they’ve already checked out so I don’t care.
Harsin will either build it from scratch or get fired at some point.

I doubt internet criticism led to Bo leaving.

And yes, I melted when Gatewood transferred. It’ll interesting to see where Nix transfers. I don’t see any top programs picking him up, unless they need a backup.

I can think of several rational reasons why Bo left. Everyone imputing daddy ball reasons based on message board rumors is silly and unfair. Additionally, if Harsin is actually subtweeting players on their way out the door he isn't fit to be a head coach. But he isn't doing that either.

Yeah, u e said all along since those rumors were getting out that if he can't take criticism (deserved or not) he is playing the wrong position in the wrong business.

Obviously a higher passer rating doesn’t necessarily mean better, but acting like Bo Nix is some irreplaceable talent is absurd

Corch (and apparently Pat Nix) thinks that Bo Nix is Aaron Rodgers, but fails to realize that he's really closer to Jordan Rodgers.
The Nix truthers don't even realize that Max Johnson threw 27 TD's to just 6 INT's this past season. Playing for a team that we beat. Playing for a team that didn't have an "elite OL" (since this is always the excuse for Bo) with his best receiver being out for half the season. Playing for a team which fired their HC (ergo: they weren't very good).
And I don't even see Max Johnson as being "elite" or "amazing" - and that's the point. There are comparable QB's to Nix all over the country. Plenty of which haven't entered the portal, but can be talked into it. USC alone has two promising/talented QB's who are up in the air with Lincoln Riley coming there and Caleb Williams potentially following.
But we have to pretend like Bo Nix and his ~15-20 TD's per season is some insurmountable loss that can't be replaced.
