Projected by whom, some random draft site? Sherwood went in the 5th round last season and he's a much better player and NFL prospect. The problem with Smoke is that he can't cover anything, and you're trying to project him into the pass-happy NFL as a safety? Sherwood was a much better tackler and could project to LB - Smoke can't. He's not even a particularly good tackler either. I think he's a late round pick at best.

Think it was an aggregation of all projections. Seen him projected as high as 3rd.
They said he’s got the size and physicality of Sherwood but is more athletic and can cover more ground.

Not really a shite take to expect a WR to know he is near the sideline and catch the ball with extended arms and not right over his shoulder. But you go on about how y’all did back in high school
