Auburn has been so terrible, we will have to over pay for slightly above average guys. I don't blame Brown or Golesh for the money.

Also… why does Byrum keep throwing super early picks and then not throwing another? He almost threw another tonight, but it’s the craziest fricking thing that we can’t make it two drives without a pick. Something is going on with that. We need a different play caller.

Well, it was at least a win. But this team is dookie juice. Not one improvement offensively. That being said, atta boy ST.
Comrade is publicly doing “the things” (eg run around the student section after the game, thanks the fans in the presser, personally checks on a downed player, etc,) but goodness the offensive play calling/execution is worse than the little catholic school flag football near my house.

And..........we faced a freshman QB.
This should have been a 42-3 final score, but we are so brow beaten as a fanbase, we celebrate a close Vandy win like we just beat a Spurrier-coached, FLA team that's ranked in the top 5.
Here's the thing. I used to follow Auburn football almost like a religon. I could tell you every starter and who coaches their position. At this point, I don't even know who the OC is. I can tell you who the OC at FLA is and who is the OC at Alabama. Why? BECAUSE THEY ARE KNOWN AND THE BROADCAST POINTED THEM OUT CONSTANTLY DURING THE GAME!
Our offense sucks and our defense has digressed. LSU looks like a powerhouse. FLA just went from suck to great in a year, and UGA/Bama look like natty contenders. Meanwhile, we have an AD hired away from Miss State WHO REPLACED AN AD FROM MIGHTY BUFFALO!

Apathy. Malzahn, Harsin, Freeze, Golesh. All offensive gurus with super shitty offenses and an even worse OL. In that same time period, we had Jay Jacobs, Greene, and now Cohen. Have we progressed or regressed?
At one time, Ole Miss, Vandy, and Miss State were guaranteed wins. Hell, UGA was dead even as far as W-L! Where are we now? Mobbing Toomer's Corner over a Vandy win!
It's no secret that our OL is sub-par. That will take a little time to fix, but trying to make a 5th year senior into a pocket passer? A guy who is the epitome of a dual threat QB! I watched all the USF footage of him and I'm sitting here, scratching my head why one year looks so different than the last.
Our QB was clocked at 22mph in pads last year! And you wonder why I have to ask who the fricking OC is?? Malzhan saw Immediately what Cam Newton brought to the table, then turned a DB into a natty-competing QB on pure athleticism! Meanwhile, BB is running up the middle on designed runs and getting ball batted back in his face on out routes. Ever heard of the "Wildcat"? Holy fricking shite! We have a player built for that, but we have that guy handing off to guys 5 yards deep with a line that we are still moving players around at the 3rd game because our coaches can't get their shite together!
