I want to see Gatewood running the full offense by halftime, but we never seem to do that.

nor should we in this case. Bo needs every snap he can get at the moment.

Tulane has won six of its last seven, has an SEC-caliber quarterback, and won its season opener 42-14.

Nervous yet?

34-17

Will look and feel frustrating for at least a half before depth helps us pull away. Gus will call the most banal game possible in a self-conscious effort to not tip his hand on tape. Late FG by Tulane gets the score closer.

Hopefully tempers the overbought top 10 AP ranking but I doubt it.

Going 37 - 24.

Tulane has some NFL talent on defense and their offense is well executed. Auburn isn’t on upset watch here but this probably won’t be a tune up game, either. I think Auburn rotates a lot more on defense and gives up some scores in the process

We never roll in these games. More frickery and kinks to work out. Its a process. We'll win, but I expect a let down of sorts from Oregon game.

Sidebar( Anybody know if the hype on LSU’s “modern” offense is legit. Oddsmakers have them 6 point favorites over Texas largely because of the new offense. That’s crazy right.

We are going.

I have not attended a game with a G5 that we have not won.

I was at the Utah Stare game in 2011 and the LaMo game that went to OT in 2012.

I think this Auburn team is wanting to get better so I’ll pick us to win 41-13.

Ive got the feeling this game is going to be an ugly, slop fest with Auburn squeaking out a win in the fourth quarter.

Its weird, one prime time win with seconds on the clock and suddenly we forget about four game Gus.

As much as I want to disagree, I can't.

Tulane is definitely one of the stronger non-P5 teams. They’ll put up a fight at the beginning, but I don’t see them scoring more than 21 unless the offense is just rolling and we start pulling guys by the fourth.
