Hope no break on the tibia. That’s when it gets to lasting forever.

Heal up big fella.

Gonna be a tough few weeks. Just need him back before the tournament.

Duke needed 42 from Flagg to hang on against a terrible Notre Dame team. Iowa State losing on the road. We have definitely reached the point of the season where you are just happy to find ways to win

I'm prob 100 pounds lighter but I've rolled my ankle like several times and been fine after walking it off or after a couple of days, or it could be significant and he could be out several weeks.

No one knows anything and the throwing in the towel on the season is so dumb)we just did this with the shoulder. Him missing the game today prob helped us win, he was terrible

If it was dislocated, they would have put a cast on it on the court

Only thing I know about ankle sprains is that lower ankle sprains heal a lot quicker and easier than high ankle sprains which tend to be more painful and linger

He never came back out and was putting no weight on it.

There’s no way to make that diagnosis beyond what we saw. All we know is he put 0 weight on it.

That was ugly. We have not played well defensively the last two games. We were dominated on the boards on both ends. Thoughts and prayers for Broome.

Thought our second half defense was outstanding especially considering the frontcourt depth troubles.

First half was rough though

It definitely did not look dislocated and he didn't have weight on it but did have flat on the floor pointing in the right direction when he was sitting up

I saw the score, watched the last 5 minutes and still melted even knowing the score.

And the ankle... damn.

Looks like he just had ice on it so I wouldn’t think there was a break.

I agree with this but hope it is not the case. Watching the replay, the way he uses his right foot to push up on the left that is injured leads me to believe it was more than a sprain. Losing Anfernee at USC cost us a deep tourney run in 2018. Most thought 2019 was over when Chuma went down but we were still able to beat UK and should have been in the championship game. If Dylan wasn't such a fouling machine, I'd feel better about our chances to compete for the SEC if Broome is unable to return. Assuming he is not, I'd say we probably fall to 6th in conference and no worse than a 10 seed in the tourney. With this much time for Dylan and Cheney to figure out how to play without picking up the stupid fouls, we could get in position to make a tourney run.
