He’s been hit plenty this season. He had a DL in his face just then, threw an awful pass, and let his WR do the work.
They can’t loosen up the defense to use Brown’s legs if he continues to refuse to take the deep shots.

I’m not sure we just watched the same play. What he got in pass pro is night and day different from what our QB gets.

According to PFF we have the quickest snap to pressure in the SEC. Pretty obvious tell what the problem is.

Yeah… I’m not gonna pretend to act like I have the answers, but I’m not paid millions to figure it out either… Golesh is a ‘personnel’ guy, it’s part of why I liked the hire.

It’s year one so he gets another shot to build a proper line for this level either way.

Big picture I’m not too mad. The UGA win bought a lot of good will and I wasn’t expecting a pretty season either way. As much as getting blasted by LSU sucks I just needed to see some upward trajectory to get us out of the cellar and so far he’s met the bar.
A bowl eligible season with a road win over UGA is progress imo.

Reminder we haven’t played football after the Bama game since Hugh’s first year, and entered that 6-6 before getting obliterated by fricking Maryland. We haven’t finished above .500 since Gus lol.

Whose fault is that? The Fing ADs Green & now Cohen. Cohen should go. He has hired terrible coaches....Freeze and then signing Durkin to a contract before we signed a head coach. He could have gone out and got better coaches these past two hires. You all know it and I know it. If we had picked a better coach than Freeze we would probably be reloading vice being in a 1st year coach with an over paid QB under developed tackling defence.

I’d ask you to go back and look at what I thought about the Freeze hire lol.
Edit: and that was a monied interests thing. There’s no doubt that wasn’t on Cohen. That was the people paying the bills asserting themselves lol.

We stand a good chance of going 7-5 this year with a win over UGA. I’ll take that in year one.

Game wise, really frustrating watching and screaming for basic penalties that were ignored.
Bad Pass INT on our first drive
LSU scores a TD when they broke the huddle with 12. No flag.
LSU has 12 men on the field at the snap and we get called for a false start for not having a player set
Wont even get into them reviewing Winter’s INT but the exact play before was a very similar scenario that doesn’t get reviewed
Silgler just getting dragged to the ground all day and I think only got 1 flag all game.
We got absolutely whooped but my god SEC officiating is just pathetic. It is embarrassing. This crew I’ve watched a lot and they are abysmal every single time.
