Yeah, he's too poor of a three point shooter to be throwing up shots like that. Should only be taking wide open threes. It's not fair to Overton really, but this whole season I can't help but think how much better this team would be if we had been able to keep CBM instead.
Steven better come up with some adjustments in the second half to slow down Wilkinson.

We do not play defense. Too many times the lane was wide open, nobody stepping up to cut drives off.

Not sure our O can overcome our atrocious D. This D won't be fun on the road in the SEC. We gotta score score score.

We could afford either Hall or CBM with what we had to pay for Haad. Murphy was a must get for any inside presence. Magwood/SWA cost a typical high 4 star money.
This team needs just an average defender at PG and a good shot blocker and the defense would look entirely different. We don’t have that so dribble drives are gonna hurt all year. So we have to play a lot of drop defense therefore opening up some 3’s. Catch-22 either defend the lane/rim or defend the 3. We can’t do both.

Nah, it's more based on who is getting fouled. SWA, Murphy, and Jovic have all been terrible and around 50% FT guys, but the rest of our guys have been 80% or better. So if our down low guys are shooting FTs our percentage is gonna be bad. Makes us bipolar.
