The "this is total bullshite" "but Miller" people are getting on my last nerve.
We are in May people. We have to fricking indefinitely suspend just like corch said, it makes us look like we did our due diligence with the issue. Dont forget that Freeze is no stranger to title 9 investigations. We have to appear proactive

Agree with you who said it has to be done under the circumstances. Fricking with Title 9 shite is no joke though, it gets way more scrutiny and harsh resolutions.

Am I missing something here. He had a fling with a couple of girls and taped it, his girlfriend got it and posted it on the web?
Did the girls file a complaint? If not whats the issue, you have to be a Spartan on the football team and abstain from sex while on scholly?

If the girl in the video didn’t consent to being filmed and/or didn’t consent to it being given out, then they can be in trouble legally. If she did consent to being filmed and it got out only because the stuff was stolen, they are probably okay.
The Ex is in deep shite regardless of everything else.

Agreed go crazy. So lets see what happens, Jarquez certainly didnt want it released either, he is a victim as well as the chick since they were having consensual sex.
Hell maybe he filmed it to protect himself in case some title 9 issue came up, that could be a legitimate reason given all the blackmailing done by women abusing the title 9 nonsense.

And it's possible his GF broke a law doing it. I am not sure if Alabama has "revenge porn" laws or not, though (a lot of states do).

Players made questionable decisions. Filmed things, those things were released by the same players to other people! How else did they get out?
People got those videos,(because the players sent them to other people)then released them. Consent of release begins by pressing “send.” Can’t control a video after sending. Someone cannot say they didn’t consent to a release of a personal video, when they sent that video to another outside party, unless the phone was hacked or stolen.
He is not a victim. In that sense.
That’s my take. It sucks. If she had access to his phone, sent the videos to her phone, then posted…then he is a victim. That’s dumb on his part to give access, and he might have a case. Consent though. Consent to access his phone.

Eh, we don’t know this yet. We don’t know who filmed and how it got out initially. Stuff could have been in a group chat sent by one of them or whoever filmed it. We just don’t know. Hunter and Wooden could be fully victims, but I doubt it. If I had to guess, they had some involvement in it getting out initially, and it somehow made its way to the EX. If what Smuphy said is true about other stuff being their problem and not the video, then sounds like a group chat is likely.
He is a victim as far as the Ex is concerned. She 100% broke the law, no doubt on that.

I think Jarquez is a good running back. I have no opinion of Wooden yet since I haven't seen much.
However that should have no affect on behavior off the field. Was very poor decisions by all involved. When I spent those 3.5 days in Lee County Jail back in the summer of 2012 I got told by multiple inmates that I was pretty
While I was in there I served Antonio Goodwin's pod a meal. I think this was right after his trial when he was awaiting transfer to federal prison.
I also served the solitary cells, one of which was occupied by that dude that shot and killed his ex wife and MIL who was awaiting his trial

Team will be fine without Hunter. He’s good but he’s also just a running back that hasn’t proven too much yet.
