Anyone with a good reputation/experience who will speed it up. I often fell asleep or became distracted between plays.

Let’s hope so. Surely he wouldn’t fire one loser just to hire another one. Harsin has seen what hiring guys that doesn’t give any kind of splash can do to recruiting.
