If Harsin hadn’t gutted the program, been against NIL, worked hard to establish relationships with AL coaches, and hadn’t had complete dysfunction in his coaching staff then I’d be all about giving him 3-4 years

You know what's a horrible look? Finishing at the bottom of your division two years in a row with the talent we have. An offensive minded head coach that cant build a productive offense. I dont see how he makes it with less than 8 wins next season. And I dont see where those 8 wins come from.

You are about to see rock bottom. $ is the only thing that speaks and firm contracts with claw backs give you the protection needed.

I am not a Sunshine pumper by any means but I think we could hire a damn good one. We have a FOF that’s getting close to completion, we’re getting our NIL moving now, and we are smack in the middle of 3 talent rich states. As with basketball, we just need a good coach that can relate to
players, sell his vision, and understands the talent it takes to win in this conference. Maybe that’s easier said than done.

Want fans to shut up? Do you job and win. Sell your vision. Have players buy into your vision. Have coaches on the same page as you. Have players that want to play for you.
If you don’t or won’t do that then you are going to get it at AU.

We should have hired Kiffen instead of Harsin. Kiffin may be a jerk, but he isn’t scum like Freeze. He wins, he coaches his own offense, and he sells his vision to recruits. Remember when everybody but Florida fans thought Spurrier was a jerk? I did, but over time I came to kind of like him. Maybe Kiffin is on a similar path. Some of the stuff he does is kind of funny. Some of you will say, “Harsin beat him this year.” So what, Auburn is supposed to beat ole miss most of the time.
It may be too late now, but he was and is my pick. When the LSU job opened up I immediately thought I hope they don’t get Kiffin, because they would be really dangerous with him. I think the same with AU. Swing big, that’s the only way we compete with our close neighbors..

Tweeting a player is ridiculous, but unfortunately people do. Bigger the stage, more stupid bullshite. What adult has the time to tweet college kids? Now for the coaches, they should know it comes with the job. I tried to give Harsin the benefit of the doubt, but Auburn looks like a disaster right now.

Nor should you. The type of rebuild we're undergoing is not pretty, and certainly not for our fickle fans that are evidently comprised mostly of 14 year old girls, but it is necessary.
