I'd throw Dowd in there as a slashing type guy. He can hit the outside shot, but he plays a lot like CBM, but I think your point still stands on wanting another with that skillset. I think Mantas and/or Aristode both have some of those skills you are looking at.

Despite the roster upheaval the past two off seasons, if they can close with Mantas this is a solid team to run next year.

I need to watch some of his tapes. I was under the impression he was athletic but primarily a catch and shoot guy who can get some points off offensive rebounds. Could be that's what he was asked to do at Troy though

He’s a really solid athlete and can play above the rim for sure and has no problem taking the ball to the basket. He is a good hybrid wing, can catch and shoot, pick and roll/pop, and cut off ball.

Looks like a really exciting player who really busts his arse. Should be a fan favorite at the Nev. Love seeing 3-4 clutch buckets in there as well..

Wish we we're getting a little more size at the 4, but doesn't look like that's coming with the other rumored names we're hearing. Roster isn't good enough to compete for a national title or anything, but might be good enough to make a run at an SEC title.

If Freeman gets back to Sophomore version of himself he should be plenty at the 4. However I have no idea if that's a pipe dream or not.

I think sweet 16 would be a reasonable expectation for this roster. Leave a little wiggle room for a round of 32 exit on some crazy tournament stuff, but other than that, that's about where I would put them.

Same for me, not sold on him by any means, but this has been solid roster construction assuming we get one more wing, regardless if it's Montas or Aristode. Definitely have a much more balanced roster inside and out.

If Freeman and Kimbel are able to play like their pre injury selves we could be rocking and rolling if Tahaad makes a jump as a PG.

I think cautiously optimistic would be where I'm at. Pretty much same as with football I guess.

Three of those highlights were in extremely high pressure situations to be taking a shot. Love to see that.

Looks like Mantas is shaping up to be the final wing.

Sign me up for that. I think he’s the piece that puts us to the “sweet 16” level team. He would/will be our best player by far. He would be the primary scorer.

Just have to see what the NCAA does with European pros

We need a lot of summer ball to get this team to jell. Wonder if they have an overseas trip.

I think that hurt us last summer, believe Tahaad was playing a lot of circuit bball

I wonder if those trips are even worth spending the money on at this point. Just put it towards the roster. If we can get someone else to pay for it, go for it though.

The twitter peeps have said they don’t know what the delay is on announcing but have implied it’s only a matter of time. If I had to guess, they are probably just crossing all the t’s with him being a euro guy, before announcing.
